mn7 Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an mn7 account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an mn7 employee.
• Not have previously had an mn7 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

mn7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a national ID card or passport) to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

2️⃣ Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your mn7 account. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times and must not share access with any third party. mn7 treats all actions performed through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach promptly upon discovery.

You must notify mn7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team. mn7 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3️⃣ Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the mn7 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated in your account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit ("source of funds" rule).
• mn7 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within one business day. Bank transfers may take up to five business days.
• mn7 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, but your payment provider's fees may apply.
• Deposits derived from credit facilities or loans are not permitted.

4️⃣ Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, mn7 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, or other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• mn7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.

5️⃣ Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the mn7 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or sports market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. mn7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers.
• mn7 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, erroneous odds published due to system malfunction, or evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• For live casino games, the result displayed on screen at the time of settlement is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game round.
• mn7 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Game outcomes are determined solely by this RNG and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. mn7 is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6️⃣ Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mn7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or verification requirements.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds calculation for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account or the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mn7 staff or other users through any communication channel.

7️⃣ Account Suspension and Closure

mn7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or receipt of a chargeback request. Upon account closure, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to mn7.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on the mn7 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, and data, is the property of mn7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from mn7 is strictly prohibited.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mn7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from network failures, server downtime, software errors, or any third-party payment provider delays. mn7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

🔟 Privacy and Data Protection

mn7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mn7 employs SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data in transit and maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect data at rest.

1️⃣1️⃣ Responsible Gaming

mn7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide players with tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team for assistance. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only — never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Players who have self-excluded from the Platform must not attempt to re-register. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any balance refunded after verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the mn7 Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. mn7 aims to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within ten business days of receipt. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

mn7 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, mn7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

1️⃣4️⃣ Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mn7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
